Vocational Rehabilitation -- Chapter 31

1. Contact your assigned Department of Veteran Affairs Case Manager. Your Case Manager will provide you with DVA 22-1905 (Authorization and Certification of Entrance or Reentrance into Rehabilitation and Certification of Status) form.

2. The Case Manager will work with the University of Maryland VA Certifying Official directly.
