Unofficial Transcripts:
- An unofficial transcript will be available with your early registration
materials each semester. This copy is for your personal use and serves
as a way for you to check the accuracy of the record. At other times
unofficial transcripts are available for currently enrolled students under Student Services on the
Testudo Home Page. Students can also review unofficial ADVISE copies which are available at college offices.

Official Transcripts:
If record information is needed for other purposes, please request
an official transcript. For your convenience, there are three ways to
request an official transcript:
- Come to the Registrar's Office, First floor, Mitchell
Building. Upon presentation of identification, students who were enrolled
1975 and after can receive their official transcript on the spot.
- Written requests may be mailed or faxed to the Records Office. Please
include your name or former name, social security number, dates of
attendance, and signature for release of the transcript.

- Testudo - Official Transcript requests can now be made on the Web for
students with PINs (personal identification numbers).
NOTE: Generally mail-in, faxed and Testudo requests are
processed and mailed the following business day. A transcript cannot be
processed if an outstanding debt is owed to the University. Contact the Registrar's Office, 314-8240, if you have any questions.
