- The Graduate School has prepared a handbook to assist graduate
students in the preparation of master=s
theses and doctoral dissertations. The handbook can be purchased in the Graduate
Information Center, 2123 Lee Building. All graduate students preparing theses or
dissertations are required to follow the format requirements outlined in this booklet.
Comments and suggestions for improving presentation of the guidelines are welcome and
encouraged.
- As of July 1, 1987, the Graduate School instituted a formal thesis and
dissertation format review procedure. All graduate students writing a thesis or
dissertation are required to have that thesis or dissertation inspected and approved
by the Graduate Enrollment Management Services Office. Theses and dissertations which do not meet the
expected minimum standards, as outlined in the handbook, will not be accepted; thus
graduate may be delayed. Details about these requirements may be obtained from the
Graduate Information Center, 2123 Lee Building (405-0376).
