Both graduate students and undergraduate students must apply for a diploma no later than the end of the Schedule Adjustment period at the beginning of the semester in which they wish to graduate. See academic deadlines.

Applications can be processed on Testudo or in person at the Registration Counter, 1st Floor Lobby, Mitchell Building, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
