   Dining Services Terrapin Express Inquiry

Instructions: To view your Terrapin Express balance:
  1. Press "View Terrapin Express" below.
  2. The next page will ask you for your Directory ID or UID. You will also be asked to enter your password.
  3. After entering your Login Information, you will see your Terrapin Express balance.
Important Information -- to insure a successful transaction and avoid duplicate charges, please note:
1.  It may take up to five minutes to approve your credit card and post points to your Terrapin Express account.
2.  To help the process succeed, please follow all instructions on each page exactly as written.
3.  Using the browser's "forward arrow" or "back arrow" will disrupt the transaction.
4.  If you are in doubt that your deposit was successful, do not repeat the process, until you can confirm the unsuccessful transaction.
  This can be done by either:
  a. Contacting the Terrapin Express Office at #301-314-8068, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  b. Or check online to view your Terrapin Express balance
