Instructions:
- To change your local and/or permanent address, press the
"Submit" button below.
- The next page will ask you for your SID (Student ID, in most cases,
this will be your Social Security Number). You will also be asked to
enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number). Initially, each student's
PIN is set to the month/date/year (MMDDYY)of their birthdate. Upon entering
the Testudo website for the first time, students are prompted to change their
PIN to another six-digit code. If you do not remember your PIN, click

- After entering your SID and PIN, you will be given the opportunity
to change your local and/or permanent address.

This application updates your records immediately
upon being entered. Please exercise care in updating your
address as it is used in order to mail you important information
such as student bills, grade reports, academic information, etc
that you will need during the time of your stay at UMCP.
